Subterranean Parking, Podium Decks & Shoring
The hardest part of an urban project is often below the sidewalk. We build it.
Alongside retrofit work, Lehigh Construction self-performs heavy structural concrete: subterranean parking, podium decks, shoring, and freestanding parking structures — including the new parking structures built for the Toy Factory and Biscuit Lofts conversions and Santee Court.
It's the same discipline as our seismic work: existing conditions, tight urban sites, staged sequencing, and structural concrete placed by our own crews.
